Pets are generally not allowed
Les gîtes sont non fumeur (avec toute liberté de fumer à l'extérieur).
Le bois consommé en cas d'utilisation du feu ouvert n'est pas compris dans les charges.

A down payment is asked for upon reservation and a deposit is asked for upon arrival of the guests.

END OF THE STAY CLEANING
During high and very high seasons the end of the stay cleaning is always done by the owners.
A package of 50 euros for the cleaning is to be added to the renting rate, 30 euro for one weekend.
During the low season, the cleaning can be done by the lodger.

BOOKING TERMS
After receiving and accepting your renting application we will send you the renting contract.
The reservation will be final upon reception of the signed contract and of the down payment.
